Questions agents ask
Do I need to be at the shoot?
No. Most agents leave a lockbox code. If the sellers are home, we'll work around them and be gone in about an hour.
How should the home be prepared?
Clear the counters, hide the bins and cars, and turn on every light. We send a one-page checklist you can forward to your sellers when you book.
What if it rains on shoot day?
We shoot interiors as planned and replace the sky on exteriors for free. If it's pouring, we'll move the exteriors to the next dry day at no charge.
Which areas do you cover?
Austin and anywhere within 40 minutes, including Round Rock, Georgetown, Dripping Springs, Lakeway and Buda. Further out is $1 a mile.
Are the drone pilots licensed?
Yes. Every pilot holds an FAA Part 107 certificate and we carry liability insurance. We handle airspace authorization near the airport.
How do I pay?
We send an invoice with the photos. Pay by card, or have it billed to the closing through your title company.
